DOUBLE PORTRAITS
What can a car brand do to move the needle on diversity and inclusion for International Women’s Day?
Simple. Hand over the keys.
We made Mercedes-Benz give up their social channels for a day and let people who drive change take the wheel. Inspiring voices working for real inclusion took over to share ideas, stories, and challenges worth hearing.
To keep things rolling, we created Fuel the Conversation, a card game designed to spark honest discussions around equality. Each question pushed the topic further.
We collaborated with eight influential voices, all actively driving the equality and inclusion discussion across social platforms, educational settings, and the professional world.

Director of Facilitation at Beyond Equality and highly-viewed TEDx speaker, whose work is dedicated to engaging men and boys in the gender equality discussion.

Naomi Schiff

James Baldwin

The British professional racing driver and 'World's Fastest Gamer' who proves that raw talent—not money—is the new path for inclusion in elite motorsport.
